The Families Lead(s) are the point of contact for families at Nest, ensuring that their needs are heard and that all child-related information is passed on to parents and carers. The Families Team will also work with the Edge of Chaos team to make our safeguarding plan more robust and write the necessary agreements for parents and guardians.
