The Consent Link helps shape what the consent offering looks like at Burning Nest and helps identify and recruit the relevant sub-team leads to help execute the vision.

• Liaise with the Burning Nest Board of Directors, Event Lead(s), and the community and set a strategic vision for the year.
• Devolve responsibility into multiple areas or themes.
• Identify and recruit suitable area (sub-team) leads.
• Provide general oversight and support for all sub-team leaders.
• Ensure good working relationships between all of the Consent sub-teams, as well as act as a conduit for the consent teams and the rest of Burning Nest org.

Essential

• Supervisory or management experience, working closely in small teams.
• A strong understanding and practical experience of consent application and conflict resolution.
• A good understanding of data protection legislation.

Ideal

• Experience in conducting investigation, mediation, conflict resolution.
• Experience in applying data protection legislation.
