About this role
Role description:
As Site Lead, you have overall operational authority for Burning Nest during your shift. You are encouraged to use your initiative to solve any general issues that arise, collaborate with the on-call Rangers leads and Ranger team, work with Security and Medical and help your fellow Nestlings.
A large part of the Site Lead role is being a sensible person who can support participants and volunteers in carrying out their roles effectively.
You're a shoulder to lean on and a brain to assist in solving a variety of situations that can pop up in our co-created community.
Shifts:
Site Lead shifts are 8-12 hours long, and you'll need to be sober and alert during that time. The exact timings will be confirmed ahead of the event.
